Having my OP tomorrow.
Having my OP tomorrow.I attended a clinic today and was told that my operation to have a tumour removed from my bladder is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Feeling a bit nervous at just being out at this time but it has to be done. I will only be in over night if all is well after. I have to be by 7.30am so hope the alarm goes off . Have to be up in time for a shower and leave here before 7. Fingers crossed I have set t up alright.
I am now a widow and live with my memories.

Re: Having my OP tomorrow. How are you June? Thinking of you
Re: Having my OP tomorrow.Hello again all. I came home after lunch today and had a nice sleep. The tumour has been removed and hopefully no more treatment. I have to wait for a couple of weeks for the result back from the lab. It was such a relief when the catheter came out this morning as that was
very painful. Anyway all well now or will be once the effects of having a tube down my throat go. At the moment living on yoghurt, soup and ice cream as as my throat is sore and prickly, but not complaining. I was sent to a very nice private hospital, own room, TV, but like all hospitals, central heating still on so had the window open all night. Lovely to be home. I am now a widow and live with my memories.
