Re: Crochet blanketNow that's different from the usual pattern. Though when I studied it closely I noticed that the diamonds are like the squares on the blanket my mother made me decades ago. And are all the big shapes the same? The colour schemes make them look quite different - in some you notice petals, in others spaces between.

Mo, the octagons are all the same. The colours tend to highlight certain bits I think. Gwenoakes, the border is quite plain, just dc and tr, but it frames it nicely. I’m going to leave it until after Christmas now. Helen xx
